The Espirito Santo Rainbow Boa is a regional population/form of Brazilian rainbow boa native to the coastal state of Espirito Santo in eastern Brazil. Like other rainbow boas, its smooth scales produce a distinctive iridescent, rainbow-like sheen in sunlight.

This boa inhabits the remaining fragments of Atlantic Forest and adjacent habitats in the region, where it plays a role as a mid-sized predator of small vertebrates.
